Chop the chicken pieces to small pieces.Make lime by crushing the lemon.
Make a spice mix by mixing 1/2 cup cornflour,egg white,chilly powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,lime and desired amount of salt.
Marinate the chicken pieces with this spice mix for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and fry these chicken pieces.Keep aside.
Heat oil in another pan and gently saute with ginger,garlic,onion,greenchillies and salt.
Add turmeric powder and chilly powder now and heat well.
Add the fried pieces to this mix and pour soya sauce,chilly sauce and tomato sauce and saute this well until the natural aroma fades.
Add pepper powder now.
Mix the left cornflour in 1 cup of water and pour the mix to the chicken pieces and stir them.
Switch off when the gravy has thickened and the cornflour is cooked.
Delicious chilly chicken is ready.
